Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre

The venue's position was very central. Moreover, it was not very far from Rooftop bars and other sights in Kuala Lumpur. A poolside restaurant was pleasant at the first floor.

The property was immaculately clean, featured excellent design, I loved it. This accommodation had a very central setting close to the downtown. The staff were excellent and efficient as well, would book again.

We loved the property and would stay here again. The restaurant was really nice for breakfast, we ordered delicious dishes. Its contemporary decor with a wonderful view to their new rennovated rooms was a nice surprise.

Immaculately clean accommodation, excellent co-operating staff from check-in to check-out. Super breakfast at the club and nice views.

The continental breakfast was tasty and served in the club. The rooms were non-smoking and airy with exceptionally comfortable beds, reasonable prices. The pool was nice and I had warm drinks in the outdoor bar.

Excellent value for money, best possible location, traditional breakfast, motivated staff. Very quick check-in, efficient check-out. Branded drinks, great wifi were a nice surprise.

I enjoyed it. It was great base for travelling to Kuala Lumpur, I was glad to stay there.

Very clean pool, worth mentioning views, really caring staff. Room was nice cosy with bbc, iron/ironing board and terrace in it. Very fantastic location to an award-winning shopping mall. The lobby bar in the hotel had lots of bottled tea, coffee, beers and juices throughout the day.

Staff were professionally trained, it was clean. Located near the local beach. Plunge pool in the hotel was heated.

We loved staff and food, every detail was provided. It was a short walk to Temptations, where you can have lunch.

Had a magnificent stay here. Very good bedrooms and clean pool. Very spacious bed overall. Spent time by the plunge pool, especially when it was very good outside.

Amazing friendly staff & cute location, everything was really beautiful. Splendid rooms & luxury bathrooms. Truly memorable hotel centrally located in the city. A short way from Klcc metro station, some 20 minutes walk.

Staff was appropriate and buffet breakfast was savoury. I enjoyed elegant furniture in the club room. They made my stay perfect. Very central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Suria Klcc Shopping Mall:)))

The staff were eager to help, the location was brilliant! In our newly renovated room with the tower view bed was spacious. Breakfast had lots of decent food and drinks. This hotel was in a stunningly beautiful area.

the hotel was excellent value for money and overall clean in general. and it also had captivating view. bar was pretty executive. early check-in too. moreover, i parked at the onsite. i loved my very lovely stay.

Location was truly wonderful and the front line staff was quite friendly. The family room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was tasteful. The hotel was a lovely place for enjoying a really great area. So clean place and flawless service.
